I would highly recommend LDC for many reasons. They took care of a major home renovation for us,to include: gutting one bathroom and modifying three others, complete kitchen gut and remodel, replacing flooring in the formal and dining room-- plus two bathrooms.

After having a HORRIBLE experience with one construction company, Vince D. promptly came out, surveyed the repair, and provided a detailed plan as to how the repair would be executed and the associated cost. They helped us to resolve permitting issues, shoddy home repair work from the previous contractor, and roofing issues.

We appreciate that you were able to get us on your schedule on the day we requested. The removal of two walls with repair and refinishing to make two rooms into one was a big job.
